List Enabled Draft Features

/tenants/{tenantId}/configurations/drafts/active/features/enabled

Returns the service features the tenant's active configurations draft has staged as enabled.

Staged features are not live until the draft is published, and this endpoint never reports the features the tenant currently has live. The list is empty when the tenant has no active draft, or has an active draft that stages no features.
