Enable Draft Features

/tenants/{tenantId}/configurations/drafts/active/features/enable

Stages the supplied features as enabled in the tenant's active configurations draft, creating the draft first if the tenant has none.

The supplied features are added to those the draft already stages. Features that are already staged are ignored, and features left out of the payload are not disabled. A feature can only be enabled when it is available to the tenant's organisation.
