List Available Tenant Features

/tenants/{tenantId}/features/available

Returns the features available to the tenant.

When the tenant belongs to an organisation, the response contains that organisation's features. When the tenant is not associated with an organisation, the full set of service features is returned.

These are the only features that may be enabled for the tenant.
